Each email message represents a collaborative effort by me, the Brand Copywriter, and the email marketing team. We carefully crafted each email to elevate and expand our brand voice while still driving ROI and increasing click-through rates. During my tenure at BCP, the Email Marketing Team saw a gradual but noticeable year-over-year sales increase of 11 percent.
In 2020, we also began a workflow that catered specifically to key demographics and mobile-phone dedicated emails.
Performance Media Marketing was an opportunity for me to step out of my comfort zone and really flex my keyword research and person-to-person interview skills. The business provided website creation and management services for numerous small businesses. It was my job to speak directly with clients, understand their needs, and create site copy that met all their requirements. Once that was done, it was all about collaborating with my designers to capture the client's vision.

Each one represents a knot of technical translation and specifications I had to unravel before presenting to my team for final illustrations. I’ve done everything from toys and games to the best dining sets for an outdoor experience. If there’s a subject I haven’t written for, it’s simply one I haven’t written for yet.

A series of infographics showcasing my ability to deliver tight, engaging, data-driven advertisements across online marketplaces. Each ad has a counterpart that was written to either Amazon, Shopify, or Wayfair standards to maximize visibility and sales. SEO research and Keyword selection were collaborative efforts, but in the end, all copy was generated by me and the brand manager, written to perform well while pleasing all the stakeholders involved.

I was so glad when the lead videographer at Best Choice Products finally convinced the board of executives that we were missing out on a major resource in our video content. But since I supported him, I was also the go-to person to write descriptions and scripts for each one.
